ICAP continues to promote and protect the interests of the appraisal profession in the Illinois General Assembly, but we need your help. Your membership and support assures that ICAP remains a strong political activist for appraisers in the State of Illinois. Our organizations leadership has worked very hard to keep our annual membership costs reasonable. Our membership dues are $50.00 per year. This is due in part to your support, as well as our very successful summer seminars, which have become an industry favorite. As always, we welcome new members and thank our existing members for helping us inform our fellow appraisers about ICAP. Thank you for your continued support of ICAP and the appraisal profession in Illinois.

ICAP is a political action group and so lacks the credentials to dispense professional appraisal advice. Rather, these questions should be directed to the State of Illinois or our sponsoring organizations; links are above.
